International Scholarship Opportunity

The School of Social Work and Social Policy is proud to announce the creation of a new scholarship for international (non-EU) applicants to our postgraduate taught programmes for 2021/22.

Eligibility

Applicants who have non-EU (international) status and will pay tuition fees at the non-EU rate and who have submitted an application and have received an offer to any of the following taught postgraduate programmes in the School of Social Work and Social Policy (SWSP):
Masters of Social Work, Masters of Science in Applied Social Research, Postgraduate Diploma/ Masters of Science in Applied Social Studies. Eligible applicants must have an offer to join one of these taught programmes by 15 April 2022 to be considered for the award.

International Postgraduate Taught Course Scholarships

These scholarships is open to any non-EU offer holders to a taught programmes in the School of Social Work and Social Policy for Michaelmas term 2021.
There is one scholarship per taught programme valued at €4,000, applied to the reduction of non-EU tuition fees applicable to the first year for one-year programmes or split into two €2000 awards for each year of the two-year programme.

Application process

Submit a complete application to one of the postgraduate taught programmes in the School of Social Work and Social Policy prior to the scholarship deadline of 15 April 2021.
Only applicants who meet the programme entry requirements will be considered for the scholarship.

Benefits

  • Scholarship reduced from Non-EU tuition fees.
  • €4000 for 1 year course, or €2000 per year of 2 year course

Application

Apply to a postgraduate taught course in the school and you will be automatically considered for the award if made an offer by 15 April 2022.
